Campus Catering Manager

As Catering Manager for ARAMARK at Jacksonville University, you will lead daily catering operations for campus events, meetings, and special functions. You will manage a team of foodservice staff, coordinate event logistics, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service. Responsibilities include menu planning with culinary teams, forecasting and ordering supplies, scheduling and training staff, controlling costs, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will collaborate with university partners, respond to client needs, resolve issues quickly, and support Aramark’s culture of service, teamwork, and inclusion while meeting financial and customer satisfaction goals.
