Position Summary: Car Wash Attendant responsibilities include customer greeting and tunnel guidance. Training will be provided. The customer greeter will be expected to enhance customer experience by offering guests expertise on menu options and membership packages. As tunnel guide, the Car Wash Attendant will direct traffic into our tunnel with a particular focus on safety and vehicle inspection.

Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Assistant Manager and Site Manager.

• Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience
• Greet customers in the friendly Motor City Express manner
• Behave according to our customer-experience focused, safe, professional, and positive energy environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of car washing, membership offerings, and wash menu
• Drive business by delivering a positive customer experience, contributing to single wash and membership sales, executing proper site maintenance
• Guide guests onto the conveyor, inspect each vehicle for any necessary retractions.
• Perform daily opening/closing and maintenance tasks

• Physical Demand: Stand for extended periods of time, lift 25 pounds, climb a ladder.
• Work Environment: Outdoor/Indoor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: From $13.00 to $20.00 per hour + commission
