About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable CDL A Route Driver for a local dry van position based in Jamesburg, New Jersey. This role covers routes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, including New York City’s five boroughs, Manhattan, Long Island, and the Newburgh area. Routes are rotated to provide variety from day to day.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $29 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start times between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Local routes based in Jamesburg, New Jersey
• Employment type: Temp to perm
• Anticipated start date: August 17, 2026

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A dry van on local routes.
• Transport general freight throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
• Complete approximately 5 to 10 stops per day.
• Load and unload freight as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
