Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Administrator – Linux & Kubernetes with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in Annapolis Junction, Maryland .
In this role, you will support a team responsible for vetting and onboarding partner companies to a variety of available services. You will perform basic Linux tasks, remotely connect to Linux machines using SSH, install software in Linux environments, work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Traefik, and gather status information from Linux machines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the vetting and onboarding of DIB companies with services offered by the CCC Partnerships Team.
- Perform basic Linux administration tasks.
- Use SSH to remotely connect to Linux machines.
- Install software in Linux environments using RPM and YUM.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Traefik.
- Gather status information from Linux machines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Experience with Linux.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with Helm charts.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Knowledge of CloudFormation.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Traefik.
- Five (5) years of experience managing and monitoring large Hadoop clusters (>200 nodes), in conjunction with a Hadoop/Cloud System Administration Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
