Construction Project Manager & Estimator

Knife River is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to lead construction projects from bid through completion. In this role, you will prepare detailed estimates, analyze plans and specifications, develop competitive proposals, and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. You will coordinate field teams, monitor work progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship on infrastructure and commercial projects. The position requires strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, careful documentation, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, safety-focused construction environment while supporting continuous improvement and team development.
