Established commercial printing company since 1995 is seeking a customer service representative to join our professional team. This is a key front office position, the face of our company, who will greet customers, answer the phone, provide quotes, complete work orders, and perform other tasks and projects that require attention. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and initiative to be self-directed with the desire to build on good business relationships with customers and team members as well.
A seasoned professional with printing experienced is preferred. We would, however, consider training a person that is highly motivated, is a fast learner with good communication skills, and is a good fit in our company culture. It’s all about attitude, initiative, efficiency, and results. Competitive compensation is based on experience.
