Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Kellanova is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs at our manufacturing facilities. You will develop and implement safety, health, and environmental strategies to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and foster a strong safety culture. Responsibilities include conducting audits, incident investigations, training, and hazard assessments; leading continuous improvement initiatives; managing OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements; and partnering with operations, HR, and leadership to drive safe work practices that protect employees, communities, and the environment.
