Equipment Operator

ConGlobal is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely move, load, and unload intermodal containers and trailers in a fast-paced terminal environment. You will operate forklifts, hostlers, and other heavy equipment, follow strict safety procedures, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, and communicate via radio with ground crews and supervisors. The role includes staging and organizing containers, documenting moves in terminal systems, and assisting with basic equipment checks while supporting efficient, reliable operations for rail, ocean, and trucking customers.
