Estimator/project Manager

Rachel Contracting seeks an Estimator/Project Manager for residential development work. In this hybrid role, you’ll prepare detailed estimates, lead bids, and manage projects from pre-construction through closeout on sitework, utilities, and related residential developments. You’ll collaborate closely with field teams to plan sequences, track costs and schedules, and ensure quality and safety. This position offers hands-on site exposure, growth in heavy civil and environmental work, and the chance to contribute to complex, high-visibility projects in a supportive, team-oriented culture.
