A growing hospitality group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead operations for a luxury lifestyle hotel in Wisconsin .

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven hotel leader who enjoys being visible, hands-on and involved in the business , while also thinking strategically about people, guest experience, revenue, profitability and long-term growth .

The right General Manager will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the operation, develop a strong team and help drive continued success.

What You'll Lead

• Overall hotel operations and day-to-day performance
• Guest experience and service standards
• Rooms, front office and housekeeping operations
• Revenue, labor and profitability
• Budgets, forecasting and P&L performance
• Recruiting, training and developing a strong hospitality team
• Groups, events and overall guest experience
• Operational standards and continuous improvement
• Building a positive, high-performing team culture

We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current or recent Hotel General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel operations leadership experience
• Experience in a full-service, upscale, luxury, or lifestyle hotel
• Strong knowledge of rooms, front office, housekeeping and overall hotel operations
• Experience managing hotel financials, budgets, labor and P&L performance
• A proven ability to recruit, train, develop and retain strong hospitality teams
• Experience with groups, events and elevated guest experiences
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, visible management style
• The ability to balance exceptional guest service with strong financial and operational performance
