Hr Employee Relations Specialist

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an HR Employee Relations Specialist to support a welcoming, guest-first culture. In this role, you’ll handle employee relations cases, conduct fair and confidential investigations, counsel leaders on policy and performance issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and tribal policies. You’ll partner with managers to resolve conflicts, support corrective actions, and promote positive workplace practices. The role includes drafting documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting training on policies and respect in the workplace, and contributing to HR projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment.
