Hr Generalist

Mom’s Meals, a mission-driven provider of ready-to-heat meals, seeks an HR Generalist to support our growing Ankeny facility. In this role, you’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration for production, logistics, and office staff. You’ll coordinate benefits, leaves, HRIS data, and compliance with employment and safety regulations. Partnering closely with leaders, you will promote our caring, high-performance culture, support training and policy implementation, and help ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace for employees who serve vulnerable clients.
