Inside Sales Representative

Penguin Patch is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this phone-based role, you’ll contact elementary schools, build relationships with decision-makers, and guide them through our holiday shop program. You’ll manage inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, explain program benefits, and support schools through the sign-up process. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and goal-driven, with strong communication skills and comfort using CRM tools in a fast-paced, seasonal, family-oriented environment.
