We are family-owned and family-oriented insurance agency looking for the right person who has experience in property & casualty insurance focused on commercial & personal lines. This role can be full time or "school hours" for parents looking to get back in the game!

Norwood Insurance Agency is looking for a Personal/Commercial Customer Service Representative with 3–5 years’ experience. Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and extremely customer centric with a valid or expired P&C insurance License.

Ideally, you would have following credentials:

The Basics:

• Personal & Commercial Insurance experience in writing new business as well as helping to manage our existing commercial and personal lines clients.
• A Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License (past or present)
• Excellent phone, email and interpersonal communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality with customer service experience
• Microsoft Office skills and an ability to adapt to new technology.
• Ability to work with multiple carriers and applicants via ACORD forms and Carrier Supplemental Insurance applications.
• Ability to cross/upsell additional lines of business with current clients.

Bonus:

• Insurance agency employment experience
• Experience with Agency Management systems (Vertafore AMS360)
• Experience in selling and/or servicing insurance clients
