Incline P&C Group seeks a Legal Counsel to support its specialty property and casualty insurance platform. In this role, you will advise on insurance regulatory and compliance matters, draft and negotiate program, fronting, reinsurance, and vendor agreements, and support corporate governance and risk management. You will partner closely with underwriting, analytics, and operations to enable data-driven growth while managing legal risk. The ideal candidate brings strong insurance or financial services experience, excellent drafting skills, and a collaborative, business-focused mindset in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
