Materials Category Manager - Manufacturing

Marvin is seeking a Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category strategy for key materials used in our premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this role, you will analyze spend, develop supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring quality and supply continuity. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to align category plans with production needs, innovation goals, and sustainability targets in a safety-focused, people-first, and continuous-improvement environment.
