At Two by Two Pet Support , our mission is to support pet parents through some of the most important and sensitive moments in their pets’ lives.We provide a professional and compassionate support system that includes in-home euthanasia assistance, deceased pet pickup, coordination of after-life and cremation services, and safe transportation for household pets throughout the Las Vegas Valley.


Operating under a mobile veterinary license, Two by Two Pet Support is a growing, locally founded company with a vision for continued expansion.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who cares about doing things correctly, enjoys creating organization and structure, and wants to grow alongside a small, dedicated team.


Position Overview

The Office Administrator / Bookkeeper supports the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the company. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating vendors and compliance requirements, supporting bookkeeping processes, and ensuring that essential office functions are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a growing small-business environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping support to ensure efficient business operations.

• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

• Support accounts receivable, payment tracking, and merchant account reconciliation.

• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized documentation within QuickBooks.

• Coordinate and maintain vendor accounts, documentation, and business relationships.

• Track and assist with business licenses, permits, inspections, renewals, and other compliance requirements.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.

• Identify discrepancies or routine administrative issues and work proactively toward resolution.

• Assist leadership with administrative projects, reporting, documentation, and other operational needs as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling financial, employee, client, and business information.

• Adapt to changing priorities, processes, and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, bookkeeping, or similar professional role .

• Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks .

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .

• Strong data-entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.

• Experience with accounts receivable and financial reconciliation.

• Experience managing vendors, business licenses, permits, or compliance documentation.

• Experience working in a small business, veterinary, healthcare, service-based, or similarly fast-paced environment.


Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: Starting at $18.00- $20.00/hour, based on experience


Employment Type: Full Time, approximately 32 hours per week
