Preschool Substitute Teacher

LePort Montessori is seeking a Preschool Substitute Teacher to support our authentic Montessori classrooms serving preschool-age children. As an on-call team member, you’ll step into classrooms to guide children through prepared Montessori activities, maintain a nurturing, respectful environment, and ensure safety and consistency in daily routines. You’ll collaborate with lead teachers, follow established lesson plans, and model independence, curiosity, and kindness. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about early childhood education who want to gain Montessori experience and grow within a mission-driven school community.
