Preschool Substitute Teacher

The YMCA is seeking a Preschool Substitute Teacher to support our mission-driven early learning programs. In this role, you will provide classroom coverage for preschool-aged children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, social skills, and school readiness. Following established lesson plans and YMCA curriculum, you’ll lead activities, supervise play, and model positive behavior. You’ll collaborate with staff, communicate with families, and uphold YMCA values of respect, caring, honesty, and responsibility while making a meaningful impact in your community.
