- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans

- Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play

- Collaborate with staff and families to support each child's individual needs and progress

- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- CDA or equivalent

- Prior experience working with young children, especially in educational or childcare settings

- Knowledge of child development principles and safety standards
