Our client is seeking experienced and dedicated Property Maintenance Specialists for their multiple openings in the Buffalo area!

• Long term temporary openings;
• Pay rate is up to $26/hr. (depending on experience);
• 8am - 5pm schedule, no weekends, no on-call!
• And you have ADDITIONAL EARNING ABILITY with this employer! When you have successfully completed 90-days of training, you will be eligible to join the ON-CALL Team! Every five (5) weeks those on the team will be on call Monday through Sunday. A new team will be selected every five (5) weeks. The successful candidates must have:

• Previous facility or property maintenance experience;
• A Valid Driver License and reliable transportation to commute between properties along with basic tools.

Position Summary: The Maintenance Specialists are instrumental in the renovation process of multiple properties along with routine maintenance and upkeep.

We are seeking candidates who have experience in the following areas:

• Plastering/Dry walling
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Electrical work
• HVAC
• Light Plumbing
• Replacing toilets and door locks
• Performing routine maintenance
