We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have multifamily maintenance experience and strong HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident work orders and service requests
• Perform apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Assist with maintaining common areas, grounds, and community equipment
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents

Requirements:

• Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required
• HVAC certification or EPA certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Must be able to work well with a team
