Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, repairs, and general maintenance for residential and/or commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, problem-solving, and maintaining safe, functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine property maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, patching, and general upkeep
Troubleshoot and resolve basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment
Assist with seasonal tasks
Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in property, building, or facility maintenance
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Dependable, positive attitude, and commitment to completing tasks
Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
Additional Requirements
Drug screen, background check, and valid driver's license required
