Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Maintenance professional for our Wilkinsburg and Penn Hills properties. The role involves conducting routine property repairs and maintenance to ensure the facilities are in excellent condition. Responsibilities include addressing tenant maintenance requests, performing inspections, and coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs. You will alternate with the other maintenance staff to be on call at nights and weekends. The Property Maintenance professional will also play a key role in maintaining safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards across managed properties.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and team members
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to understand property functionality and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Sales knowledge to identify and propose upgrades or improvements that add value to the property
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation - REQUIRED
