Property Maintenance Technician

POAH Communities seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to support safe, well-maintained affordable housing in our Real Estate, Facilities & Maintenance team. This role completes work orders, troubleshoots repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on apartments, building systems, and grounds.
