The Property Maintenance Technician will independently oversee the upkeep and repair of residential properties to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained living environments. This role requires hands-on expertise with routine maintenance tasks, equipment repair, and facility inspections while adhering to safety standards. The technician must be available for on-call emergencies and proficient with maintenance management software to effectively document and manage maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and equipment repairs in residential properties
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping tasks as needed
• Provide prompt customer service addressing tenant maintenance requests
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance needs
• Utilize maintenance management software for tracking and reporting work

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property maintenance
• Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Excellent customer service skills
