We are a boutique Bookkeeping and Tax firm looking for a full-time, in-house Receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls
• Managing emails and file organization
• Ordering office supplies
• Accepting, scanning, and filing original tax documents from clients
• Handling USPS mail and certified/registered mail

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to quickly learn new software in a fast-paced environment

We are open year-round and located in Euless, Texas. This is a full-time, in-office position. We are looking to fill this role promptly and will be scheduling interviews on a rolling basis.
