Reservations Agent

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver exceptional guest service while handling inbound calls, emails, and online booking requests. In this fast-paced role, you will create, modify, and cancel reservations for hotel rooms, packages, and resort amenities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. You’ll answer guest questions, recommend services, and upsell upgrades to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Working closely with hotel and front desk teams, you’ll verify payment details, maintain detailed records in reservation systems, and support a guest-first, team-oriented culture rooted in tribal values and respect.
