Retail Sales Associate & Cashier

As a Teammate – Off Field Operations at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you’ll create an energetic, athlete-focused experience on the sales floor and at the front end. You’ll greet customers, answer product questions, and support off-field categories like fitness, footwear, and apparel while keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Responsibilities include running the register, handling returns, assisting with inventory, signage, and pricing, and supporting online order pickup and ship-from-store. You’ll work closely with teammates to hit performance goals in a culture that values sports, integrity, inclusivity, and growth, with ongoing training and opportunities to advance.
