Senior Corporate Counsel

ChristianaCare seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Physician Arrangements to provide strategic legal guidance for physician employment, professional services, and alignment initiatives across our not-for-profit health system. This role drafts and negotiates complex physician agreements, ensuring compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and related healthcare regulations. You will partner closely with leadership, finance, and compliance to structure fair market value arrangements, manage legal risk, support investigations, and deliver training, advancing ChristianaCare’s mission of compassionate, equitable, and innovative care.
