• Key Responsibilities:
• • Design and develop creative assets for live events under tight timelines, including signage, large-format graphics, and branded environments. Graphic design skill set is required.
  • Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper setup for scale, bleed, resolution, and material specifications.
  • Translate client provided brand guidelines into cohesive, event-specific visual concepts.
  • Build and update design boards (DBs) and mockups for internal and client review.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain version control across evolving deliverables.
• Qualifications:
• • 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in events, is mandatory.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and large-format/print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of print production processes and file preparation for large-scale graphics.
  • 3D design/rendering experience is a plus, including the ability to create mockups and realistic renderings for event environments, including familiarity with tools such as SketchUp and/or Autodesk.
