Senior Industrial Field Engineer

ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to support Industrial Services & Manufacturing clients within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this role, you will lead complex field engineering projects, oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, and drive reliability and maintenance improvements across client facilities. You will serve as a technical expert, guiding junior engineers and technicians, developing maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Senior Field Engineer partners closely with client operations, promoting ABM’s culture of safety, respect, and inclusion while delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions that enhance asset performance and facility uptime.
