Shipping & Logistics Operations Manager

CF Industries is seeking a Shipping Superintendent to lead end-to-end shipping operations for our technology products and related materials. In this role, you will manage carrier relationships, oversee domestic and international shipments, and ensure compliance with trade and export regulations. You will optimize shipping workflows using ERP/WMS/TMS systems, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery expectations. You will also supervise and develop shipping staff, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and support automation projects that enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across our logistics network.
