Strategic Sourcing Manager

Avanos Medical is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies for key medical technology categories. In this role, you will analyze spend, identify value opportunities, and build a high-performing supplier base that supports patient-focused innovation. You will negotiate contracts, drive cost reductions, and ensure quality and compliance with healthcare standards. Partnering cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Finance, you will support new product introductions, manage risk, and optimize total cost of ownership. You will also monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives in a global environment.
