Substance Abuse Counselor

AppleGate Recovery seeks a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with opioid and substance use disorders in an outpatient clinic setting. In this role, you will conduct assessments, lead individual and group counseling sessions, and develop personalized treatment plans that integrate medication-assisted treatment. You will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a respectful, nonjudgmental environment that supports long-term recovery and improved quality of life for patients and their families.
