Substance Abuse Counselor

MedMark Treatment Centers seeks a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with opioid use disorder in our outpatient program. In this role, you will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling using proven modalities. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support medication-assisted treatment.
