BASIC FUNCTION:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, interview, and hire top talent.

Work Performed:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team needs, qualifications, and the desired candidate profile.
• Initiate and manage Requests to Fill (RTFs), ensuring all required Finance and internal approvals are obtained.
• Manage job postings on company career page and other job boards.
• Source, review, and screen applicants using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify qualified candidates.
• Identify and communicate recruiting trends and opportunities to enhance the talent pool
• Conduct candidate interviews in partnership with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and collect interview feedback and facilitate the candidate evaluation and selection process.
• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, discuss recommendations, and support hiring decisions.
• Manage employment offer discussions and negotiations within established company guidelines and approval parameters.
• Partner with the administrative team to coordinate offer letters and required hiring and pre-employment documentation.
• Initiate and collect all required approvals, documentation, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, requisition, recruiting information and related documentation.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and hiring progress.
• Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to HR operations and onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information and conduct all recruiting activities in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education level required: Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred . Five years’ direct relevant experience can be substituted for degree requirement.

Experience Required: Minimum of three years of relevant talent acquisition experience, including managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer and hire.

Knowledge Required: Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and recruiting skills; experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools; excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels; strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment; Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and follow processes through completion; strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise sound independent judgment; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity; ability to work effectively and independently and demonstrate initiative, accountability, and follow-through; ability to exercise professionalism, diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion
