Pay: Up to $50/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain precision tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, and production tooling.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, EDM machines, and drill presses.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement solutions that improve uptime, quality, and production efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals.
• Maintain tooling documentation, revision records, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Follow safety and quality standards while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Tool & Die apprenticeship or equivalent technical training.
• 3+ years of Tool & Die, mold-making, precision machining, or toolroom experience.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, metallurgy, tooling materials, and heat treating methods.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with manual machining equipment; CNC experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing and toolroom setting where you'll work with advanced machining equipment and precision tooling systems. Safety, quality, and teamwork are key components of daily operations, and all required PPE is provided.
