Basic Function:

• Responsible for managing and assembling tooling projects , ensuring components meet specifications and deadlines. ⚙️

Key Responsibilities:

• ������ Participate in Pre-Build meetings to plan efficient manufacturing processes
• ������ Assemble tooling and verify machined components meet specifications
• ⚙️ Machine components using standard processes to required tolerances
• ������ Manage assigned tooling projects to meet customer quality and delivery expectations

Principle Duties:

• ������ Assemble components into completed tooling
• ������️ Set up and operate tools to manufacture components
• ������️‍������ Train and mentor apprentices

Education & Experience:

• ������ Skills: Advanced math, basic computer skills, ability to read technical drawings, strong communication
• ������ Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a state-indentured Tool & Die apprenticeship OR 6 years as a non-indentured Tool & Die Maker
• ������️ Experience: 3–5 years building progressive tooling (metal stamping preferred)
• ������ Certification: Journeyman Card in Tool & Die
