IMS Buhrke-Olson, an industry leader in precision metal stamping and assembly with manufacturing locations in the US and Mexico, is seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Tool & Die Makers for its Arlington Heights, IL facility. Seeking self-motivated individuals who are able to work on their own and with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

Job Functions

• Review and perform maintenance schedule to decipher which dies need to be worked on during the 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Review dies with Die Makers and Toolroom Supervisor and evaluate detail reports and Access reports to make the best possible assessment on the dies.
• Work in a team environment to create and share ideas in order to build and complete projects on the production/toolroom floor.
• Work with Production/Toolroom/Quality/Engineering personnel to improve process.
