Vice President & General Counsel – Legal and Compliance (cannabis)

Minnesota Cannabis Services seeks a General Counsel and VP of Legal & Compliance to lead legal strategy for our cannabis advisory firm. In this role, you will oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, advise executives, and support clients navigating Minnesota’s evolving cannabis laws. Responsibilities include managing licensing, drafting and negotiating contracts, developing compliance frameworks, and interfacing with state regulators. You will build policies, train teams, mitigate risk, and ensure our consulting services remain ethical, compliant, and aligned with the growth of Minnesota’s regulated cannabis market.
